Services

Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in writing (by email, proposal or a marketplace order) before work begins.

Access & credentials

Clients provide the access needed to deliver the work (e.g. GTM, GA4, ad accounts). Access is used only for the agreed scope and can be revoked by the client at any time.

Payments

Payments are made through the agreed channel (Fiverr, Upwork or direct invoice). Work purchased through a marketplace is also subject to that marketplace's terms.

Results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, budget, offer and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific results.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
